60% of your daily wholegrain in 2 slices (Based on US Dietary Guidelines of 48g of whole grain a day). Source of vitamin D which contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Two slices provide 15% of the RI+ for vitamin D.

temperature. A bread bin is the ideal place.
