Iron and Vitamin B6

Iron helps to to make red blood cells which carry oxygen around the body and it helps support our immune system too. Good sources include meat, beans, nuts, bread, fortified breakfast cereals and most dark-green leafy vegetables.

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) is important for keeping our immune system running normally. Sources of Vitamin B6 include poultry, fish, potatoes, chickpeas and bananas.

B Vitamins - Thiamin & Niacin

Thiamin (aka Vitamin B1) and Niacin (aka vitamin B3), work together to turn the food we eat into the energy we need. Meat, eggs, fortified breakfast cereals and bread are all good sources.
